A Town Hall Meeting on Diversity at Washington University

Dr. Patricia Jones, Vice Provost for Faculty Development & Diversity at Stanford University, will be visiting Washington University. She will give a talk about her role as diversity officer at Stanford. Her talk is entitled “Building Excellence Through Faculty Diversity: Institutional Implementation“
The event included an open discussion following Professor Jones’ talk lead by a panel of faculty members from both campuses, who have been involved in the campaign to move the bar graphs and the culture of our institution in the direction of greater diversity. As with all events sponsored by AWF this semester, the Town Hall Meeting was open to all members of the university community. Dr. Jones’ powerpoint presentation.
